What products does SUHAYLA offer?

Alhamdulillah, we offer a wide-range of Islamic literature, prayer mats, Islamic toys, homeware and many products for your Muslim family. We strive to maintain affordable pricing, supported by an affordable courier fee.

Where is SUHAYLA based?

We are an online store based in Oaklands, Johannesburg, South Africa.

What is your favourite SUHAYLA product?

This changes all the time! Our children currently love Boy at the Back of the Class (a chapter book). Our most-used item is probably our Quran Cube LedX Speaker, alhamdulillah.

Can you source a specific product for me?

Please email us the name of the product to info@suhayla.co.za and we will try our best to source it especially for you, insha'Allah.

How do I place an order?

You are welcome to browse the products at www.suhayla.co.za and add your selected items to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart". Once you have added all your desired items to the cart, you may proceed to checkout where various payment and shipping options will be available to you.

Do I need an account in order to order?

No, you may complete your order as a guest, if you wish. You will only need to provide the necessary information with regard to payment and shipping. 

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order, together with a unique order number.

How do I amend my order?

You may amend your order by emailing info@suhayla.co.za, with your original order number and the requested changes.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

How do I pay for my order online?

You may pay for products using a our secure payment platform Payfast (via credit card), or via EFT. Both options are available for you to select during checkout.

Is it safe to use my credit card at SUHAYLA?

Yes, all credit card payments on SUHAYLA are safe and secure, so you may shop with confidence online. Credit card payments are facilitated through PayFast, one of South Africa's leading digital payment gateways. You will be redirected to PayFast's safe and secure website in order to input your credit card information.

If you would prefer to pay via EFT, you may select 'EFT' during checkout, instead of Payfast.

What are the bank details if I want to pay with EFT?

Please only make EFT payments once your order has been confirmed, and you have received an order confirmation email. Our bank details are below:

SHIPPING OR COLLECTION

Once I've paid for my order, how will I receive my products?

Courier

All orders are dispatched using a door-to-door courier service throughout South Africa, for only R65. Delivery takes place within 2 - 3 working days for major cities, or 3 - 5 working days for other cities in South Africa. NB: During busy periods, such as Ramadan, Eid or our annual Muharram sale, please allow for extra time before delivery.

Free Collection

You are welcome to collect your order for free at our collection point in Oaklands, Johannesburg, by appointment. Once you have completed your order online, we will prepare it within 2-5 working days, and we will notify you via email as soon as it is ready for collection. We will also provide the exact collection address via email.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all courier orders will receive a tracking number once the products have been dispatched by us. The tracking number will be emailed to you, together with a link for tracking.

Do you have a collection point?

You are welcome to collect your order for free at our collection point in Oaklands, Johannesburg, by appointment. Once you have completed your order online, we will prepare it within 2-5 working days inshaAllah, and we will notify you via email as soon as it's ready for collection. We will also provide the exact collection address via email.

Do you offer international shipping?

We would prefer to direct you to stockists closer to your location, as this is often more economical for you and better for the environment.

However, if there are no stockists nearby we would be happy to obtain a shipping quote for you. Kindly email your order and delivery address to info@suhayla.co.za.
